About The Author

I am no one, just a person with an opinion. I’ve raked my poor friends over the coals, ranting and raving about my political and social views.

I started my life out as a Democrat, became an Independent, and now I call myself a Republican. Don’t get me wrong. I don’t think that Republicans are the epitome of virtue, by no means. But, from the 1960’a until recently, the Democrat party has been taken over by a far left wing group of people who are at the very least, socialist, and the most, communist. Just as Joe Lieberman said, he didn’t leave the party, the party left him.

I am an American who salutes the flag, proudly recites the Pledge of Allegiance, and covers his heart during the playing of the Nation Anthem. I believe in the core, the root of what started this country. Nothing else, no other system has the right or even deserves to sit in its place. I am fore square against any attempt to institute socialism, or communism or any fascist ideology within this great nation. I am also fore square against the desire to Europeanize the United States.

We are a separate people, made up from every nation in the world, and every culture. We are unique in this, and are or should be an example to the rest of the world. The rest of the world wants to be like us, why are there those Americans who want to be like the rest of world? Have they traveled to these nations and fully soaked in what it is like to be a citizens in some of these countries?

I am a constitutionalist, and fully believe in this document. It was written not as a living document that morphs and shifts with the times as some suggest. Rather, this document is the firm foundation upon which our nation was built and continues to grow on. A house built upon sand will not stand. Sand shifts and morphs over time. A house that is built upon solid bedrock will last forever.

I am furthermore, a conservative. History matters. Conservatives value tradition. Within tradition is history and culture. Where we came from predicts and guides where we are going. Our values guide us and aids us in making socially healthy decisions, not rash emotional decisions driven by wants and desires. As a Conservative, I believe in limited government, individual liberty and responsibility, free markets, and a strong national defense. Historically, the principles that the founders created this nation on were worthy and unchanging.  Yes, the United States has made mistakes, but no country or person is perfect, nor is any one system of governance perfect. I believe that ours, or prior to the 1960’s was as good as they get.

I hold the hippies and the anti establishment movement is responsible for the tragedies that followed, such as the elongation of the Vietnam war, the fall of Saigon, and the deaths of millions in Southeast Asia, the increase of drug and alcohol use and abuse and the increase of violent crime by 600 percent in the 1960’s. Our K-12 educational system is one of the worse ones in the world, and has been for the most part, controlled by liberal Democrats over the last 40 years. I further hold this group of people primarily responsible for the destruction of the family, and poverty of women. Their idea’s have failed and will continue to fail.

I believe in the inherent ability of Americans. Those Americans who when faced with adversity, grab their bootstraps, pull their boots on and go to work. I believe in Americans who don the uniform of the United States and willingly place themselves into harm’s way to protect us. I believe in moving our country forward technologically, scientifically, and medically, not moving us backwards to live in caves and burn wood for warmth. I believe in educating all of our citizens who deserve the finest K-12 and post secondary educational system in the world. I believe in our ancestors, white, black, brown, and yellow. I believe in the motto E Pluribus Unum. Out of many one.
